Attock Sweet Centre Keighley

03/01/26 I brought 1 kg mixed sweets and 1/2 kg ladoo I had very high expectations for the motichoor ladoo, but the experience was extremely disappointing. The ladoo had a clear raw taste, and the boondi was not cooked or mixed properly at all. The texture was uneven and far from the soft, well-bound consistency that authentic motichoor should have. Because of this, the flavor felt completely off and unpleasant. When expectations are high for a classic sweet like this, such poor quality is unacceptable. Overall, it was a waste and not worth the expectation or trust placed in it.. 🔻🔻🔻🔻🔻🔻 The response from the management was clear, polite, and very well communicated. They acknowledged the concern respectfully and offered a fair solution by providing the option of a refund which shows professionalism and a strong customer-focused approach. The tone of the message was warm and reassuring, making it clear that customer satisfaction truly matters to them. This level of communication and care is rarely seen nowadays in any form, and it leaves a positive and lasting impression. Overall, it reflects thoughtful management, genuine accountability, and excellent customer service.

Attock Sweet Centre never disappoints. I usually visit the Bradford branch, but this time I tried the Keighley branch. The atmosphere was clean and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout my visit. Everything was fresh and well presented, and the service was quick without feeling rushed. A great place to stop for quality mithai and a pleasant experience overall. I’ll definitely be visiting again and highly recommend it.
