Their packaging is great, the brownies are average but the low rating is down to their customer service. Ordered brownies from them and the paid delivery left a note despite people being in. They called the delivery company and were advised they would be delivered the following day but were delivered several days later after the brownies had gone bad. To Hevenle’s credit, they did offer to send out a replacement or advised they would give a refund. Appreciate the delivery is not their fault but if you are charging customers for delivery then you need to take it up with the courier if they are not doing their job. However, despite Hevenle advising they’d issue the refund, three weeks went by and nothing. Multiple messages across platforms, emails went unanswered until I posted comments on their instagram posts (which they have deleted). Shouldn’t have to wait several weeks and have to message multiple times across platforms for a refund after you said you’d issue it. Unfortunately due to the poor service and taste of the brownies, I will not be ordering again. It seems the packaging is the best bit about the brownies so if you want better tasting brownies you are better off elsewhere!

Brownies never arrived and chasing Hevenle is so frustrating as they do not respond. Wont be ordering from these guys again as they seem hit and miss when it comes to their customer service and whether brownies arrive or not
