Really disappointed. We brought an Ice Cloud mattress 2200. Loved it in the shop it was perfect nice and soft. Get it home (we should known It was shrink wrapped). The bed opened and it was like lying on a park bench. I phoned up after two days to be told I needed to spend time crawling on my hands and knees on the mattress to free up the springs as apparently they all start off firm! Give it 2 weeks they said and it will be fine. It wasn’t fine and after having to spend money fixing my shoulders we decided to complain. They came out and told us our mattress was fine and that we should get the kids jumping on it to soften it. I can say it’s had me and my husband on our feet using it like a trampoline and it is still like rock. They wouldn’t do anything about it so we’ve had to buy an £160 Panda topper, on top of a £700 mattress. If only we had just brought the topper on our old mattress. DO NOT buy ICE CLOUD mattresses they are nothing like in the shop and a total waste of money. A real shame. On plus side Panda Toppers (direct from Panda ) are amazing.

Bought a bed for my daughter last month. The service was outstanding. Aaliyah gave us all the advice and information we needed and kept us up to date with the delivery. Fantastic service and credit to the business.

A fabulous shopping experience with Stuart and Gareth who were attentive without being pushy and with great advice and answering many questions. We got a fabulous deal on two mattresses and other sundries. We were treated as valued customers with good old fashioned courtesy. We found this store by accident but would highly recommend them. ***UPDATE*** We've just had our mattresses and sundries delivered. The two staff Pete and Josh were on time and were very good and careful with fetching in,unwrapping and removal of all packaging. They were mindful of not damaging anything in our property and we're very cheerful chaps. They made the removal and replacement look so easy. But I'm still glad we didn't have to do it. Thus far we are very happy customers and cannot fault anyone or anything with the Bed Shop Superstore and I am a very fussy customer. 10 out of 10. Thankyou.

We have been married for over 40 years and always bought our beds from the bed shop. Our latest purchase was a double mattress at the start of this year. The lady who served us was very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable, we told her what we wanted and she steered us in exactly the right direction. The mattress was delivered in less than a month by two amenable delivery men who placed it on the bed for us.

Having previously bought 4 mattresses and a bed from here and always dealing with the manager with no problems, just had the mispleasure of having to deal with the most horrible, ignorant, stuck up sales woman who honestly should not be allowed to deal with the public. Genuinely the most obnoxious and unhelpful person i have ever spoken to. I wanted to cancel an order placed yesterday as there was a 3/4 week wait and purchase the same thing from their items to take away and all I got was abuse and bad attitude, to the point my wife walked out of the store very upset. if you have to buy anything from here please avoid her and make a bee line for anyone else who may be working there. In response to your reply, at no point did i swear or shout, i did not come in the previous day, today was the first time i visited with regards to this matter all i wanted to do was cancel the order that we had to wait 4 weeks for as you had a mattress in stock at the same price which we could take away. whoever has replied to the review needs to get their facts straight and check the CCTV as i was never shouting or swearing, i was angry at the way i was treated and rightly so. I think your customer service and blatant lies trying to justify it are out of order, i have openly praised the shop in my review just the terrible customer service by one member of staff that was horrendous and should be dealt with not defended.
