UPDATE NOVEMBER 2024 : STILL no contact, apology or refund from the company so I'm now reporting them to Trading Standards. I paid up front for a 12 month book subscription in Feb 2024. Books and Pieces contacted me in August, after issuing the August books to advise the business could no longer continue to operate this service. Despite contacting them multiple times, 8 weeks on and I am still awaiting my 5 months refund. Further to that, Amanda avoids my calls, fails to return them and other than one email saying she's "working on refunds", I've had nothing. I absolutely do NOT recommend this company as they clearly are happy to take your money but fail to deliver on customer services. UPDATE NOVEMBER 2024 : STILL no contact, apology or refund from the company so I'm now reporting them to Trading Standards.

I have ordered from Amanda a couple of times and have always been impressed with the level of service. Her website is easy to navigate and helpfully separates books out into age ranges which makes shopping for nieces and nephews so much easier, being able to get age appropriate books. The prices are so competitive and I’d much rather support a small business in this way than go to Amazon!
