Whoever served me and my client who I support (has autism) you are a disgrace to retail!!! The person I support (E) greeted this lady with a hello and she was ignored! (E) then asked the lady’s name who was serving us and was ignored again!! I assured (E) that it was okay and she may have not heard her. (E) then spoke louder and asked the servers name again. This lady then said “I don’t give my name” in a VERY rude tone! I appreciate she doesn’t want to share her name but the tone given back to the lady I support was absolutely disgusting. I replied that it was slightly odd not to give her name as she works in retail, she then said “well I never have so”. I could then see (E) getting slightly agitated as this lady’s tone was a trigger for her! As a retail assistant just treat people with a bit of respect. Definitely will not be bringing her in this shop again.

Posting this on behalf of my elderley mother who had been into the Keighley branch to see if they had a pack of bandeau bras - they didnt. The lady behind the till wasn't helpful at all when asked - so my mum went online to see if she could order them there. Unfortunately she couldnt but it asked for her email address to advise her when they came back into stock in Keighley. She got the email and proceeded to the said store. Again no stock out on the shop floor - so again my mum approached a memeber of staff to ask. The member of staff was quite abrupt and said of they're not on the shop floor then we haven't got any to which my mum said she'd received an email advising they were now back in stock. The girl she spoke to said "well if there are any we haven't had time to out them out on the shop floor yet and its not my problem!" I must admit ive had a similar dealing in the past with Keighley and chose not to post a review but when this happened to my mum - this is not acceptable. Sort your staff out Peacocks with both manners and customer service training! We will both be shopping elsewhere in future.

Great shopping store with lots of clothes to choose from staff are friendly and the atmosphere seemed busy.

I bought some shoes that are way to small, I have both necassary receipts but because I lost the label they would not let me exchange them for another pair a bigger size. The label literally has only the size on them, something already provided on the trainer's in a sticker and in the shoe. Last time I bought from them, I bought the same size and they fit perfectly. I am disgusted by this and now have to wear very painful trainer's to do a job that requires being on my feet .

What an amazing shop with amazing staff!!! I was in there this week and there was 3 members of staff i a tall dark hairs girl and two shorter girls one blonde and another purple they were so helpful to me and my mother who happens to be in a wheelchair they went t above and beyond for us so thank you ladies
