I have used this firm multiple times since 2012. 1st class service. Friendly & helpful. I bought an Epson printer 3 or 4 years ago, still running perfect with no problems. I have since asked for help & advice with my setup, as well as transferring my stuff to an SSD, which seemed daunting at first, but the assistance from Computer Gentle made it all plain sailing! I recommend these guys!!

Really impressed with Gentle's professionalism, honesty and tenacity. Brought an 11 year old MacBook in to transfer information over to a new one, which unfortunately couldn't be done due to the old driver. Nick explained everything he'd tried to do very clearly and made suggestions about what I might try myself as it would be too risky for them to undertake without possibly losing files. He clearly hadn't given up easily but didn't charge me anything. Definitely trustworthy and I will return in future. Thanks Nick Mike
