Rapid diagnosis and service, ignore the fact that it's a long way from Cottingley and make the effort to seek him out! Our aging desktop had gone on strike, having gradually slowed down to a complete standstill. The initial diagnosis, over the phone, was a software problem, which would have been a "same day" job. It turned out to need not only a fresh version of Windows but a new harddrive and bios battery, all done in a couple of days and minimal cost. He also followed up with a phone call to help with a printer problem and ensure that all was working as it should. First class service and excellent value!

Richard is an incredibly helpful chap who really does know his stuff. Remote repairs to my laptop were completed promptly and professionally. Wouldnt go anywhere else
