Open 24hr service hatch and as I'm disabled this is useful for me. Comments of rudeness, hmm some staff have still got bad English this can come over rude to some personally patience and understanding pays off. It's not a bad shop overall. Patience remember cultural differences
Worst shop ever! Smoking cigarettes inside shop which stinks very bad. very rude staff especially one small fat guy and one bold guy. But most of them are not nice And don’t use shower Charging different prices for the same Product always trying to cheat and charge you more when you getting bigger shopping. Lots of products are out of date. Very often Cigarettes which supposed to be Eastern European are fake and impossible to smoke If you have a choice don’t go. there are better shops in area
The worst customer service ever the fat bloke who works there on a night is very rude. He don't know how to talk to customers. He won't let you buy anything he won't go and check to see if he got the product needed all he says is no we don't have it when you camln clearly see the product from the window. The guy will say only order once you can't change ur order. This shop is the worst shop ever they are lucky there's only one 24hr shop in keighley. There should be a proper shop that that welcomes you when you.
I had a £80 sms vouther for electric went here to put credit on metre and he refused to do it. Why have pay point if you havent got a clue what your doing. i put in complant to pay point.
Tried to post a parcel they said machine down come back tomorrow which I did still not working no apology just come back tomorrow. Rude!!!!!
