Wanted to get some ideas for dining room table & chairs. No dining tables or book shelves/cases. Small range of chairs, barstools. Depends on what your looking for.

I was served by Bronte at the Keighley branch. Not only did she resolve my issue of finding the correct towels, correcting me on the colour ( I selected the wrong ones) , sorting out my 10% discount promotion and patiently waiting for me to find what I wanted online she also answered several queries from colleagues seeking advice and also managed an impatient customer wanting to collect an item at the same time. If Bronte isn't a supervisor then she should be and she clearly is very knowledgeable and competent at her job given the number of process/ policy questions she answered from colleagues , whilst serving me at the till. Please pass on my thanks to her 🙏

Just arrived at the kieghley Dunelm Pausa Cafe. Lots of New toasties and sandwiches have been delivered and can't wait to try them. Amanda is always smiling as are the rest of the lovely staff ready to serve us. The new Hog Roast toastie has won hands down for its flavours and full of succulent pork and stuffing and cheese topping. Will definitely be calling again soon. To try more toasties. 5 stars Jill and Barrie.

A huge “ thank you “ to the lovely assistant who helped me find appropriate picture frames today which I needed for a forthcoming exhibition. She was so patient, professional and friendly and took time to try and find what I needed nothing seemed too much trouble . Wish I’d checked her name ,we were in the store about 12 -12.30 pm ish Well done anyway great customer service 👏 Thanks again Lesley .

Great parking and pick-up for online orders, problem was I bought 2 sets of different batteries AA and 9v price on display was £8 + £4 respectively but was charged £10+ £5 which is %25 extra???? I noticed straight away and was refunded ( 5 days approx) to be returned to my card.....careful people and watch the prices.
