Recently refurbished and revamped, Al Murad is a shop specialising in tiles (with a large selection) and wallpaper - (Keighley branch recently starting toilets and wash basins etc also). The staff are helpful only when tasked otherwise they leave customers to sheepishly browse. Al Murads although opened in Keighley doesn't seem to employ Keighley people hence there is many occasions the shop is opened late or closed totally due to staff unavailability.

been to this store twice and dispit the website stating opening times 9 till 5 it was not open, what a shambles and waste of my time.
