Ordered some honey on their eBay store and they cancelled my order after 3 days. Said I'd cancelled it and I hadn't! I used a code for money off so I wonder if that was the reason?! (Yep)

I have placed my order on ebay paid on the 12th of december bare in mind placed before 11 o’clock and yet they are still haven’t post and dispatched my item they keep messing around with me and come up excuses i have keep messaging many times and i have paid placed my order ages ago why keep delays and not posting my item when i specify said please dispatch soon as possible!! horrible company dosent care about customer at all will never order from this company again not listening to customers at all not happy avoid avoid

Totally unreliable. They don't tell you if what your ordering is in stock and take weeks to deliver. I discovered today, an order I placed on the 31st July won't arrive until 1st September! They did not tell me that when I ordered or I would have gone elsewhere. They may be the cheapest for some products but it isn't worth the delays and the hassle. Their online help is always off line and there is no telephone number to call anyone. They appear to use Evri which is completely unreliable as well. Not worth the cheaper price.

Ordered the chocolate covered dates , initially received an email stating preparing order then heard nothing for weeks . I then sent an email after no further update and received a refund stating that they couldn’t source the product. I’m sure if I had not sent the email I would still be waiting now ! Very POOR customer service, I would not use again and would not recommend anyone else to use this substandard company.

Im very disappointed with their service. I had ordered some organic Pimhill oat on the 6th May, and received a confirmation online mentioning that it would take them 1-2 days to process the order and 3-5 days to deliver! Very bad customer service, after waiting 8 days today on the 13th of May I received an email from them mentioning that they have cancelled my order and refunded my payment. Very disappointing. I believe they aren’t a legitimate company, they are selling goods that they don’t physically have.
