Carmeleon Accident Repair & Alloy Wheel Specialist

As I was due to return my lease-hire car I needed to ensure any bits of damage were sorted before handover. My issue was a scuffed alloy wheel. I was told by another company that they were a special colour and they thankfully pointed me to try Carmelian. I duly drove across to their business and met Leigh. It was one of the most straightforward business conversations ever as Leigh assessed the damage and colour and announced that Yes, they could do it as they could colour match any finish required. He gave a price which I accepted and the car was booked in a few days later. All good! The morning the car was in for the work Leigh rang me as he had spotted a potentially dangerous issue with one of my tyres and he could replace the tyre if that was ok? He would save the tyre so I could see it on collection. Naturally I gave the go ahead. When I collected the car the day after it had some scratches buffed off and was shiny and clean! Marvellous! Leigh was professional, helpful and informative. He took the stress out of a difficult situation and could not have done more to help sort out my insurance claim to fix the damage to my car and to keep me fully informed at every step. When I picked up my car today following the repair it was like picking up a brand new car. Excellent service from first assessment of what was needed through to completion. Personalised the booking in time and completion time to fit my other commitments. All work done to a high standard and on time. Friendly and approachable staff. Overall the company gave impression of no job too much trouble and confidence that Leigh and co knew exactly what they were doing. Appreciated the free hand wash for the car before pickup. Leigh and the team did a great job sorting the bodywork on my VW Golf after a bit of a coming together with a Taxi (their fault) car looks pristine again now!! Would highly recommend.....they had previous powder coated my alloys for me as well
