Have been going to H brook since I can remember (I think I was 10..now I am 36). Knowledgeable and friendly staff always spending time to help you. Went in out of curiosity regarding cleaning my leather chairs and Josh (a friendly employee) came to show me and tell me about what they had. As a store they have all the bare essentials from paints..to hardware. From garden tools to electrical and then are other stock which they get too. Like a lot of people leaving comments I would say this small yet mighty shop perhaps has the best overall customer experience from any other retailers (both large and small) out there.

From customer satisfaction to point of sale, help is always at hand, attentive folks that pride on their years of expertise sure they deserve all the custom as they can get, fantastic local establishment I recommend everyone DIYing to give them a try, prior to heading off to larger stores you'd be surprised to what you find as I was.
