Working with Lauren to help me to shape the order for a pair of connected beams for a kitchen diner alteration has been a dream. When I needed to make a small change, that was sorted without breaking stride. When I asked for photos of the work in the shop, it was done They assembled the beams to ensure a fit. When I asked to delay delivery, that wasn't a problem. I haven't taken delivery of the work yet, but 5 stars for customer experience so far.

Really impressed, the staff at laycocks are great. Very reliable, always out to help and always deliver on time. We Highly recommend this company for a personal experience from people who really care about delivering a high quality service.

Over the many years of dealing with laycocks ,the service is all ways fantastic, friendly staff... Many years ago they supplied me some steel when i was let down by others , hence i have used them ever since . You need people like this that you can rely on, it makes business so much easier .

We recently had a large project we chose Laycock ltd to provide materials for. We had concerns about time scales as we required materials at a short time period to a quality standard.
