We've had a great experience at Tap-in. We met with Faieza who helped us pick our bathroom design. Her creativity and experience with colours enabled us to choose the right combination for us. We were then able to walk this through on their VR, something I've not come across before and it was fabulous. All the team have been incredible helpful. Highly recommend.

Work with Chris and the team regularly. Items always arrive on time and when we need something extra, the team go out of their way to source it. All the items are better quality than those supplied off the Internet and they are competitive on price. Really happy with the service they give.

Super impressed as they deliver your ordered products in their own vans - and therefore make sure it arrives fully functioning and without any damage. They are indeed a local plumbers merchant that looks after you. Unlike the big national merchants, these guys care about the delivery of their goods, their prices & customer service.

Tap- in are a great plumbers merchants, they have friendly staff, very competitive prices and the only place in town to get boiler and heating spares as they have a huge stock from all the main boiler manufacturers, The range of tile adhesives, grouts and trims is excellent too

All the guys at tap in are great, always willing to go the extra mile when we have special orders. If there’s is ever a problem they jump on it and it gets sorted 👊 Give them a try you won’t be disappointed 👍
