Came down with a mate to buy some gold for cousins wedding. The service was brilliant, prices were good, uncle sajid was really helpful to us and recommended some good items. Definitely coming back here with family in future.

I would giv u zero if I could due to the appalling indirect insulting comments constantly coming from your horrible mouth.... not just the owner is rude but the family members working there just as bad!....can not allow costomers to make their own choice, jus constant insults and always seam to want a profit for their own greed by pushing costomer to exchange old gold rather buying sumthing new of their own choice! I rather go where my custom is more welcome above and beyond measure.....and meet my individual preferences!

Brilliant service from this place and particularly Hashim. Bought previously from other goldsmiths but the quality of the gold and craftmanship from this place is second to none. Definitely coming back, hopefully ill get a discount this time.

Very bad customer service. Treat their customers with no respect especially elderly customers who take time to understand instructions. Would not recommend anyone to shop from there. Wouldn't even rate them 1 star.
