Please be careful when selling gold here. My gold was sent for carat verification (paid for by me). The carat count was underestimated, and therefore the price was also underestimated. Two other jewelers offered me over 600 pounds and checked it for free in my presence and showed me the carat count, while this jeweler offered 260 pounds. Their only response was that if I didn't like the price, I didn't have to sell to them.

Fantastic - friendly staff and very quick service. Recently took my white gold wedding ring, engagement ring and eternity ring to Number 63 for re-sizing and re-coating. Collected today (a week later!) Perfect fit and they all look brand new. I've never been able to wear all three rings, thank you so much ladies :)

Iv used this shop in keighley a few times… each and everytime the ladies are alway so helpful… they are all so bubbly and cheerful it’s always a nice experience… Last year I wanted 3 matching bracelets for my kids at all different sizes… this year Iv ordered matching necklaces. Amazing customer service and very reasonably priced .. i always go in expecting to spend a certain amount and always get exactly what I want for a lot cheaper.. Thank you..
