My first visit today - and it won't be my last. Enquired on phone, was there within the hour and received excellent service. Helped resolve a sizing concern on a pair of Trickers and i walked out with another pair of Loake Bedales at a cracking price.

Best shoe shop in the district. Many shoes and boots to goggle at. Large selection. Friendly staff. Unhurried service. Quality at reasonable prices. You don't find businesses like this much nowadays.

Visited last week. Made me a gorgeous collar for my Staffordshire Bull Terrier. Also bought a new breast plate harness for my boy. Fabulous service from lovely staff. Came here years ago. Would definitely recommend this shop to everyone. Thank you both for your help and advice. x

100 years old nearly & still privately owned I just purchased some working shoes Made In England. Exceptional quality. Exceptionally comfortable and very well priced. Excellent knowledge of all aspects of footwear. A must to visit if you want quality personal service.
