Brilliant place to buy bikes and accessories, had a kids bike that was missing small bits when it came from the shop we bought from. Guess what hassan came to the rescue for me . Wonderful company and great staff.my sons going to be a happy bunny

What a fantastic shop, really couldn't fault this shop for customer service. Hassan the supervisor was just fantastic, so helpful, we left the shop with 2 bikes set up and ready to go.

Been in the shop a few times. It's a very welcoming atmosphere and the guys and lady who work there know their products. If you have any queries they are very obliging and friendly. They have an excellent array of bikes to suit everyone. I love they have a fridge with a mixture of drinks to quench your thirst. It's one of those little things that I notice and I've used it a few times over the summer and been glad of it. I bought a bike today and the amount of checks they go through to assure it leaves the store in tip top condition is impressive. I like that they have high standards and it shows. You know your dealing with true professionals. I worked as a bike mechanic for two years in Bradford and we had a very high work ethic and took pride in our work and how we approached the general public. That same ethic you will find in Evans cycles in keighley. Nit all cycle shoos are the same I know I've been to others and its kind of like well thanks for buying from us but see ya!. Again your in safe and capable hands here at Evans cycles. I just want to give a shout out to Hassan who was brilliant in helping me while I was in the store. The manager Rob is another man who makes you feel rightbar home and only to happy to help you. I net the mechanic Rob also Georgina and another young man who's name escapes me for now. But a very socialable warm team. Never any pressure to purchase and I like that. Five stars from me to the team at Evans cycles Keighley.

Excessive and underhanded pricing. Went in with a broken chain, needed a quick link (c.£3) and the broken link driving out so the quick link could be fitted (max 5mins) or alternatively a new chain (c.£25max), indeed the tool required to complete the job costs around £7. So in the quick link iteration I was expecting max around £15, apparently not there’s a flat rate “emergency repair” cost of £35. £35 for a £3 part and 3mins work.

The lady at the shop was really helpful and went through all bikes lifting them out for us and answering all our questions. We didn't buy it from the shop on the day which we wanted to do as it was £100 cheaper on line at the same retailer which we did which is a shame but thanks for helping us make a decision.
