Don't shop at this store, or any other shop run by sports direct. I have had £290 worth of goods stolen from me by Game. I had to return my order because it was delivered late (no correspondence from game to say it had arrived at all). I had to pay for all the postage costs and now my order is missing. The delivery courier (Evri) will not help with this, they say I need to contact game about my order. Game cannot be contacted online and they refuse to help you on their stores. My order shows on my account as still processing even though it's been delivered, collected and returned. I cannot get hold of game to find my order as there is no way of contacting them. My order was posted back to them over 2 weeks ago. This company should not be allowed to trade in the UK, it's the worst company I have ever dealt with

The winning combination of polite staff and excellent selection of both new and pre-owned games and consoles make Game a force to be reckoned with. Boasting a great store layout and the chance to get hands on with the latest games on the display consoles in store help make this a great choice when shopping for your next console or game. The only downsides are the long weekend queues & occasionally high prices.

Right. So today I went there to buy a ps5 ok. On their website ps5 cost 459£ and finally I can afford that. I walked through hall going to the till and ask guy can I order ps5? Man told me that I don't need to order cause ps5 is in the store. I went crazy that's great 👍 one ps5 pls now 🙏 then he goes 550 £ 😱 he used an excuse that his manager said he can sell only a bundle with extra controller and game. Screw you I will never come back there and I'm fully disappointed. Ps. I bought there ps4 VR and all stuff I spend there plenty money in the past and this is how they dill with loyal costumer?

Very friendly staff went beyond to help and assist and greet me, also very honest with me about product's. 5star's for great service and complete honesty about products i was looking at. would vist again!
