Seller cannot be trusted and my issue will now be raised with trading standards. As you can see Inteliqo sell via backmarket however knowingly run a con where they claim the processor is an intel 6500 3.4ghz Instead it is a 2.7ghz intel 6400 As per my call recording I can prove the store have been directly informed and have chosen to continue miselling to customers via backmarket. I told them if they update the sales page to be accurate, I would drop this. They agreed to do this and then proceeded to not do it. This directly violates backmarkets terms of service for sellers and violated my consumer rights. Due to the low value of the product returns are not worth it. Its the failure to take accountability and address this issue despite the legal implications. My experience with this seller was awful. I ordered my computer in excellent condition. They sent it with incorrect specs and earwax all over the peripherals. New keyboard and mouse was sent but the failure to address the misselling is what has led me to decide not to let this one slide. I gave you ample opportunity to rectify this, you failed to do so despite claiming over the phone you would. This has been an awful ordeal from the very beginning and whats worse is everyone else has had a great experience. I do feel like asking the store to change the sales page to actually represent what is being sold was a reasonable ask.

Brilliant computer retailer. Very good communication and fast service. I bought a refurbished Dell Latitude E5440 as I needed a laptop with an optical drive. I was expecting to receive a laptop that was in well used condition, instead I received one that almost looked new. I can highly recommend this retailer.

I was having issues with the speed of my laptop and dropped in on the off chance they could help. Within a few hours all the issues had been resolved and the laptop is like new. A great knowledge of the potential issues and a great service. Would highly recommend.
