Great gym! The kit this place has is unreal when you factor in how cheap the memberships are. Huge space, clean, fantastic lighting, WORKING AIR CONDITIONING and well equipped. Not much more any gym enthusiast could ask for really!
Went down to Everlast Keighley with my son who's joining and asked them for a tour of the place. Tom was more than happy to give us a full tour and was incredibly nice, professional and extremly helpful. I was so impressed with the customer service he gave and answered all our questions. He made my son feel welcome and went the extra mile with offering any ongoing support and advice my son might need. I was impressed with the gym, facilities but more so with Tom, an absolute top guy!!

Didn't mind the Gym itself (Keighley) but the staff and customer service is absolutely shocking. I was only cancelling temporarily but will never use them again. For an industry that base themselves around health and fitness they sure know how to impact negatively on someone's mental health and make you feel like a number. The cancellation process is a complete joke and a sham. Don't be fooled by the no contract option and make sure you actually get a copy of the T&CS you agree too if you do sign up as they couldn't evidence anything from my sign up, refused to cancel my account and charged me even though I'd followed cancellation advice months ago given to me by their own staff on how to cancel. Thought they were different to most other big gyms but seems its all about the money for these guys too. Won't be back.
Everlast gym is easily the best gym in the area, great value for money. Abz training methods have provided me with greater confidence already
