An absolute gem 💜where do I start? friendly, knowledgeable about all things yoga, crystals, wicca, wellbeing, stocks things made by independent local businesses.... sells the most amazing food and drinks. Vegan. Totally gluten free(a bonus for those with health issues as its means they can relax and enjoy all the yumminess!!!).I'm neither vegan or gluten free but the snickers cheesecake would be part of my death row last meal. Fact. Themed afternoon teas are so much fun both for grown ups and little ones. Dog friendly, be warned your dog may get more attention and treats than you! Inclusive, a safe space for many, Works with metal health/wellbeing charities. It literally feels like a hug when you walk through the door 🤗 a place where you can go on your own and know you'll feel relaxed and there's always someone to talk to(if you want to!). oh and it's licensed(you can hire it out for private parties, the basement is really cool) and the cocktails and mocktails menu is amazing...... I'm sure I've missed loads but my advice is go have a look, It has something for everyone 😊
There is a very relaxed and humble vibe there & the food is delicious! Whether you're vegan or not, you'll enjoy their extrmely tasty & nourishing food. Their drinks are awesome too, the coffee is to die for & don't get me started on how delicious the cakes are! Also, extremely reasonable prices, 3 of us had lunch (mascarpone style pasta bowls- the portions are nice and big), 2 hot drinks each and 2 cakes and it omly came to £33!
Sharon is a fantastic yoga teacher and great holistic therapist, very knowledgeable about all things wellbeing. I highly recommend her yoga classes especially if you need an hour of total relaxation. Suitable for all abilities including complete beginners. ❤️❤️
There's a good feeling there. Good coffee (with barista oat milk!)and gluten free food! I'm looking forward to starting to deliver my Tibetan Yoga classes there in 12 days time. These exercises take as little as ten minutes a day to perform, but when done regularly, lead to greater stability and strength of mind body and spirit. Feel free to enquire! John Drury
