Description

‘Rail Story’ is the name given to the Railway Centre site at Ingrow in Keighley, which is a unique collaboration between the Keighley and Worth Valley Railway, the Vintage Carriages Trust and the Bahamas Locomotive Society. With a day rover ticket you can travel on the beautiful preserved steam railway all day long, whilst also finding time to alight at Ingrow and visit two award winning museums – the Carriageworks and the Engine Shed. Both museums as well as the railway contain rolling stock that has been used in hundreds of film and television series, so you can sit where the stars also sat!

A fun day out for all the family, Rail Story offers a chance to experience the real history of rail travel and step into the true British past of both culture and heritage. You don’t have to be a rail enthusiast to enjoy it, there’s something for everyone!
