Just had a Just eat delivery from this branch and I must say my order was accurate spot on and the order was even ticked off and boxes crossed on the bags and receipt ...so they don't forget anything on the orders even my drink wasn't forgotten!!!!! Unlike likes of Cooplands !!!! Excellent keep up the great standards Gregg's Knaresborough very iam very impressed. 💯👌👊

I went in with my partner today, having travelled from Leeds, for two cups of tea and a caramel custard doughnut...nothing out of the ordinary in that. But the staff! So polite and friendly. I felt the level of customer service was extraordinary...a gold-star level of service from both an older member of staff and a younger member of staff. I was so taken aback the first time, that I went back to see if the friendliness and politeness were merely a one-off...that wasn't the case at all. The members of the team are to be congratulated on their wonderful customer service skills. Brilliant!

This has got to be the worst Greggs I have ever been to. 9am and nothing in the chillers other than tuna or egg sandwiches. No hot food in the cabinets other than hash browns and a vegan sausage roll. One person serving and he was super slow. Undercooked bacon thrown together in a baguette.
