Went in on Saturday 1st Nov to return an expensive item that wasn't suitable. Fi , was incredibly helpful and courteous. Nothing was too much trouble . An asset to your company. Thank you

Beware!!! This used to be free parking for 4 hours - not anymore. Its 3 hours, no temporary signage was displayed so that new or regular uses of this retail park were made aware of the changes. I took ALL my purchases back to Homesense (total £190) as a protest. Why, don't all the shops display a sign advising people, as a customer I have been penalised and I will not return. This parking company expect you to see the camera and signage which is placed right next to a pedestrian crossing, whilst any sensible driver is not only watching for cars pulling out but pedestrians too. Totally underhand. I will be going to Vangarde from now on where there camera and signage is very clear, the screen on entry even tells you your exit time

Accusing my son of stealing a suit just because it had more security tag on it they got 8 workers surrounding him and made him embarrassed infront of every one and he is only 12 years old

Good choice of fashion, handbags, makeup, footwear and homeware. Staff are more than helpful. Parking is ample. Can take a while to browse and find what you want so do allow enough time to browse. Great for all ages.
