We had a wonderful Christmas dinner here Booked a table for 12 a few weeks ago Love the hanging kebab, I ordered the chicken one with sweet chili soy sauce and sweet potato fries. I generally like it, there’s chicken tastes a bit sweet, I love it I think it’s really worthy to add £2 for sweet potato fries as it tastes super great Plus, there’s a blond waitress who’s super nice. I love her service, and she took a few amazing group pics, excellent photography skill. Always smile at us, if all customer service is like this i wouldn’t complain to pay service charge There’s live band show on Saturday from 8am, it’s basically in the drink area, but it’s still good to have some shows There’s an advice, my Indian friend thinks the kebab is tasteless, due to her culture she loves spicy. So would be great if the table could add some chili sauce except for salt and pepper
Fantastic food I love the Botanist unfortunately the Manchester one has shut but luckily my daughter has moved to Leeds uni. Good food on a adventurous menu I had 3 starters as a tapas, Calamari, Pork belly and Korean chicken every one was fantastic and also a good price.
Came here for the Christmas sing along . There were only 2 bar staff serving , so had to wait a long time to get are drinks , otherwise it was a great night . The food we ordered was a bit expensive for what you got . We had 2 tacos for £16 with 3 prawn in each one . Will come here again for the great view of the city .
We loved having lunch at The Botanist! We really enjoyed the meat and the dessert, but one dish stood out — the cauliflower! It was incredibly delicious! We didn’t try it this time, but we saw that there’s an option to pay a fixed fee and get unlimited drink refills — it seems like a great choice to enjoy with friends. The service was excellent, and we would definitely go back!
Went for Xmas party for three course meal. Food was okay - starters very good (mixed tray of tapas type food) the main and dessert average. Very quick and friendly service, nice atmosphere. Woukd have no issues recommending.
