Senior/Associate Chartered Building Surveyor - Leeds! I'm currently working with a highly regarded consultancy looking to appoint a Chartered Building Surveyor into their growing Leeds team. The Building Surveyor role • 50% Professional Services / 50% Project & Contract Administration • Private sector client base only • Work with major clients including British Land, Howarth and large pension fund portfolios • Exposure to projects ranging from minor works through to £20m schemes • Building surveyors are actively encouraged to get involved in larger projects to broaden their experience and accelerate career development • Genuine variety across professional services, contract administration and project management Performance-Related Bonus Structure • Bonus structure agreed upon joining • Typically 15-20% of fees billed above an agreed threshold (usually around 2.5x salary) • Additional incentives for introducing new clients and generating business Benefits • Salary up to £75,000 • 5 figure bonus • Healthcare • 2 days a week work from home This is an excellent opportunity for an MRICS Building Surveyor looking to work on high-profile private sector projects, develop commercially, and be rewarded for their contribution.
