Business Development Executive, SaaS, £30,000 Basic, realistic Year One OTE of £47K (circa £55K for best performers) and £70K OTE in Year Two and beyond. Office based in Leeds. The Rewards Base Salary of £30,000 Realistic Year 1 OTE £47,000 (Top performers hitting circa £55,000) Year 2 OTE of £70,000+ Almost all of our Team Leaders and Managers started in this exact BDE role. In fact, the Sales Manager for this team has been promoted 3 times in just 4 years. Who We Are Looking For You don't need prior software experience to break into SaaS here. We are just looking for transferable sales experience to become an elite BDR/SDR SaaS professional . The backgrounds of current high-performers include ex-recruiters, estate agents, car sales executives, and home improvement salespeople. Telesales and other proven salespeople are encouraged to apply. What you do need: A proven background in a target-driven sales environment. Resilience, high energy, and a passionate desire to overachieve. The work ethic to hit the ground running: making 30 fully researched outbound calls and aiming for 2 closed deals a day.
