HR Administrator - 6 Month Contract Starting ASAP 37.5 hours per week- Hybrid Role £27 - 29k per annum Location - Leeds An established organisation is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Administrator to join their HR team on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract . This role will support the day‑to‑day delivery of HR services, ensuring a smooth, professional and people‑focused employee experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the heart of HR operations, thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is confident managing multiple priorities with discretion and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Acting as a first point of contact for employee HR queries, providing timely and professional support Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems, ensuring data integrity at all times Preparing HR documentation including contracts, letters and reports Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance and best practice Assisting with HR meetings, including coordination and preparation of relevant paperwork Supporting absence management, employee relations processes and general HR administration Contributing to wider HR projects and initiatives as required About You Previous experience in an HR administration or HR support role is desirable Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a varied workload Confident handling sensitive and confidential information Clear and professional communicator, able to build effective working relationships Proactive, reliable and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team What's on Offer Competitive salary of £27,000 – £29,000 Exposure to a busy and supportive HR function Opportunity to develop experience across a broad range of HR activities A professional, welcoming working environment If you are available to start in a role ASAP please APPLY now!
