New Look

I’ve been to many New Look stores so have a pretty good idea of what to expect re layout and products. I have to say that this New Look seems rather dark and oppressive. Even though it is large and has plenty of space between displays etc. I’m wondering if this is an aspect of the shopping centre rather than New Look? I did like the range of new summery clothes but one of the broderie anglais dresses, available in several colours, was displayed in different colours in various locations throughout the store rather than putting all the colour ways in one place. I didn’t notice many staff on the shop floor.

Every time I go into the trinity branch Diane is always so pleasant and very helpful. She is an absolute asset to the company. Great customer service is hard to come by these days. Thank you Diane for helping me chose a new coat, I love it ❤️

Came in earlier today and as expected it was absolutely chaos, but one of the managers I believe Pippa greeted me warmly and directed me to the shoes despite how busy the store was. She needs a day off and a raise!

lovely clothes and nice clean, quieter place, however i rarely see workers on floor and available to help customers. always have a sale on, which i wont complain about

Extremely frustrated because they forgot to take off the security tag on a sweater, so I have to go somewhere else to solve it, because I was just visiting Leeds. This is bullshit.
