Costcutter on the go - Leeds Bus Station

Visited this shop last week and wanted to place a parcel - as im not tech savvy i asked for help. The little lady with white hair offered me her assistance. She was very helpful and friendly. She gave me the confidence so that i could go in again and use the system. Appreciated the help she gave me. Will use again.

Until today I'd never really had a problem; staff weren't the warmest, but they weren't rude either. Went in after work, got a hot Costa and realised there were no lids. Approached the woman in her late 50s with short hair, mentioned in multiple other reviews, and said 'excuse me'. Eight times. I thought she was deaf until I started waving. No no, just really rude. In the end she had no choice but to listen to me. When I asked for a lid she lost it. Started shouting that her colleague was meant to do it. When she got the lids herself I asked for one, but she blocked my face with machine door and started replenishing. I popped my head around the door. It was a Mexican stand off. She handed me a broken lid and almost screamed when I asked for another. None of the staff read these reviews, but heads up that she's awful. Young guy is decent.

come here almost everyday and the woman with short blonde hair is so rude! always has an attitude and never uses manners. i got a drink the other day, paid and said thank you and as i was walking out i got shouted at by her ‘yeah your welcome’ really lets the shop down

Do not bother sending parcels here to pick up, always some kind of issue where they can’t sign over parcels despite them being scanned in an hour or two before. Since becoming costcutter several months ago they haven’t had their evri parcel machine installed to be able to send parcels from there. If it’s genuinely that much of a hassle for you guys and it’s never working properly just remove the service all together. I’d rather walk to the other end of the city centre than wait in a queue to be told I can’t collect my parcel due to some preventable issue. PLEASE at the bare minimum put a sign in the door to say it’s out of order. Getting beyond a joke with how unreliable it is!

Can you please replace the printer paper on the Evri machine, it's been months. Surely your company has a contract with Evri that includes maintaining the machine.
