Leeds Crown Point Argos

I have been there 24 September in the afternoon.the staffs are okey to sell you an item.but they can’t handle when you return a faulty product when I paid for insurance an extra £17 for accidental damage! 2 mangers are there the younger one is lovely and fair ,but other one which is older is very rude. 2-3 young girl are serving,the young Caribbean girl with extended hair is very rude too needs better training with customer service and respecting customers .

Rude staff. Her name is “faith” ironically. The staff was looking at the product staring at me with an accusatory tone saying it was accidental damage when it was only 2 months old. Ring customer service and they say go to Apple despite the fact I bought from Argos so my contract is with Argos. Lesson learned. Buy directly from suppliers. Oh and faith, Apple checked the product and it wasn’t accidental so Argos had to give a replacement. Unless you’re a technician don’t give technical advice to make yourself look clever.

The manager, Matt, and his staff have a wonderful quality of customer service. Friendly, insightful and to the point. I'll be taking the time to come out to the Crown Point instead of the two I pass on the way from now on! 💛
