TK Maxx

I visited the TK Maxx at Crown Point today and was served by a lovely young lady on the tills. I believe her name was brontie or bronwyn but I can’t quite remember. My card was giving me no end of trouble when paying, but she couldn’t have been more patient or reassuring. She kept a smile on her face the whole time and made me feel completely at ease, even though there was a bit of a queue behind me. She was enthusiastic, helpful, and genuinely brightened my day. It’s rare to come across staff who are so kind and calming in a stressful moment. I left the store feeling very looked after. She’s a real credit to the team. I don’t usually leave reviews however after a bad experience at the headrow with their staff I just wanted to give the shop and its staff the recognition it deserves. Susan Coates

I don't mind coming to this store, lots of items out of my price range but sometimes you can pick up a good deal or it's a good store to visit if you want a good quality item. Quite an untidy store, items on the floor & used coffee cups on the shelves. One of the downsides to this chain is that they very rarely have the same items in twice. I came here to buy a new set of Halloween S&P shakers as I've smashed the ones I bought here last year - they don't have the same ones anymore which is a shame. Staff do not engage with customers here which I've noticed from previous visits. Extra star given for the size & range of the shop.

Love this shop no matter where you are great choices whether it's home wear, fashion ,perfumes and obviously handbags

A tale of 2 halves. Homesense upstairs was bright and clean and well laid out. Easy to shop and a member of staff said hi. Downstairs felt crowded and didn't like the layout. Walked past 3 managers and no one said hi or smiled. Great example. Tk maxx is hit or miss but you can grab a great bargain.

Shifted the store around again, no point in this as its not going to make me buy more. Anyway this was to make room for Homesense, a store no one ever uses. On this visit I couldn't properly browse clothes as excuse me, excuse me, excuse me, thats all I got from someone who works there that clearly needed to return clothes to the hanger right where I needed to look. It's not exactly like youre going anywhere so a little patience please next time. Even with a voucher I left empty handed.
