It was good shame the ref got the handball incorrect
Excellent range of LUFC products but staff lack energy and drive and forget the customers are supporters and without them they won’t have jobs. They need a shake and refocus on being customer compliant. Not a complaint but a real honest observation and opinion MOT WRL
Walked into the shop and instantly spotted two sales assistants stood by the entrance. One with a finger up their nose. The staff member (blonde buzzcut) continued to pick their nose the whole time we were browsing with their colleague saying 'stop picking it, you'll make it worse' (not because they had customers). They didn't seem fazed when I stared. They then came over to serve us, at which point I asked if they would wash their hands. I hope that the management discourages this in the future. Won't be stepping foot in the shop again.
