The customer service here is excellent and staff are always kind and ready to help. I went their yesterday and bought a shaving machine on the black Friday sales. The shop assistant was helpful and knowledgeable about the products. The shop is always clean and things are easy to find.
amazing store!! I had came in this afternoon at around noon very frantic as my laptop had just broken and because I am a first year university undergraduate student who requires a laptop for studies. I was greeted and helped by Karun, who was extremely accommodating helped me choose the perfect laptop for my studies that was in my price range and that would do everything a required, he also help me set up some care for my laptop. Karun is an amazing staff member and really helped i’m so glad he was in store today
No offense to anyone for this review. I went in to check if they have cheap ram in store due to recent price hikes. I asked If we have ram my man said yes and showed me 1tb of ssd. I was also looking for some goodly priced ssd. So i said thats nice I am also looking for SSDs but do you also have ram? He said no I only have ram. It is kind of disappointing that the company doesn't educate their employees with some common tech knowledge. I understand not every single one of their needs to know what the parts are called but there needs to be some kind of standard.
The store was easy to find (I’m. It from Leeds). The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. I was looking for a replacement charger for my daughter’s laptop and they were able to advise me of the choices available and what the pros/cons were of the options.
I attempted to buy a locked product at the displayed price. An employee unlocked it for me and it scanned at a different price. I asked for the displayed price to be honoured and the store refused because "someone could've walked up, moved it, found a lock and stuck it there". I'm not sure if I was being accused or if the store is deceptive, but it was not a good customer experience and I have no desire to return.
