I want to give a huge thank you to Claire at Curry’s Crown Point in Leeds, who was absolutely outstanding. I was extremely stressed and overwhelmed due to ongoing issues with a cooker I had recently purchased, and I was clearly at the end of my tether. Claire showed genuine kindness, patience, and understanding from the moment she helped me. She never rushed me, listened carefully, and went out of her way to support me in choosing a suitable replacement when the one I originally wanted was out of stock. What could have been a very upsetting experience was made calm, manageable, and even pleasant because of Claire’s care and professionalism. Her support genuinely made a difference to me, and I’m incredibly grateful for how she treated me. Thank you so much, Claire.

I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Claire on the customer service desk at Curry's (Crown Point Leeds), I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received from start to finish.
