There have been improvements in the gym. Jack is definitely the best manager of the gym over the past few years. After discussing some previous issues with him, he puts everything into action and always tries to make the gym better. Just want to leave the review as a token of thanks.

I joined Anytime Fitness Leeds (Bridgewater Place) on what I was told was a 3 month membership, having confirmed over the phone with their team that no further payments would be taken after that period. Despite this, the gym continued to charge me beyond the agreed term. When I raised this, the manager refused to refund the payments, hiding behind the small print of a signed agreement rather than acknowledging the incorrect information given by their own staff at the point of sale. The club’s attitude toward accountability has been poor, and their approach to customer service feels defensive rather than fair. It’s disappointing to see a national brand ignore basic consumer rights and show so little willingness to do the right thing. If you’re considering joining, get everything in writing and don’t rely on what you’re told verbally...unfortunately, this club doesn’t seem to stand by its word.

Gym operating under mew management with clear changes and improvements. Super friendly team and a great workout environment. Definitely recommend

Coming here for a leeds match from Ireland..decided to e mail and see if I could get a day pass. Jack was back in touch immediately and told me he could. 7 pound . What a bargain. The Girl on Sat morning offered to show me around and I was surprised how many machines there was. even when I was working away the girl was cleaning.. Great sign..Fantastic Gym

I love my local AF gym - it is really accessible, and affordable. Easy to use, with guidance in person and via the app, but no pressure. Well done AF :)
