We’re really loving the new timetable at the gym — it has so much more variety like GLC, Step and strength. This keeps things fresh and motivating. The instructors, Melody and Asher, are fantastic. They really mix up the workouts, make every session engaging, and push you to achieve your best. You always leave feeling challenged and accomplished. Highly recommend! 💪
Great gym with loads of equipment for different ability levels and exercise types depending on what you fancy. However, the best thing about the gym for me is how friendly and helpful the PTs are. They are very very approachable and take their jobs seriously. Extra points to the gym Manager Paul. His Hyrox classes are still be best in town.
Overall good gym but could we please consider boxing bags? For the women’s changing facilities could we install clothing rail in one of the toilets ( larger toilet on left) please as not everyone is comfortable changing out in the open. Much appreciated ! Thank you ! :)
Great place and very clean. Equipment well maintained. There is still space for improvement: is enough space inside to add more equipment for chest and back as there aren’t so many. For sure that will bring the gym top. 💪💪💪
