Staff are friendly and helpful unfortunately you often encounter aggressive and persistent beggars, one of whom on one occasion even chased me to my car insisting I buy him a pizza from the adjacent takeaway. However the staff do their best to deal with this behaviour when you bring it to their attention.
My partner was charged twice at pay at pump. Can't get through on phone.
Prices are really expensive for crisps individual ice creams etc. When you ask for receipt they always forget and you have too ask again. Staff don't look happy working there. It's a Shame as I live few minutes away. The baskets and basket trolley's are inside near the tills but customer's are in the way. Need better stock and friendly staff!

I would like to praise one of your staff members called Daniel.My car broke down while I was shopping at Liddle opposite your shop. I had to buy some Add blue for my car & asked him if he could carry it to my car & put it in the tank. He was more than happy to help. He carried the heavy container to my car & even put it in the tank & helped me to put all the contents back in my boot. When I offered him some money for his trouble, he would’nt accept it & his response was: we are here to help.I just want to say that this man is a credit to your establishment.
