The venue incorporates Tennants Auctioneers, a fourth-generation family business that holds over 80 auctions a year offering fine art, antiques, jewellery, watches, cars and collectables from vintage textiles to rare books. Visitors are welcome to attend the pre-sale viewing days and the live auctions.

The internationally renowned auctioneers expanded in 2014 to incorporate The Garden Rooms, a multi-purpose visitor centre and events venue. Open seven days a week, The Garden Rooms offers an array of food and drink in the popular café and elegant bistro. At Tennants you can browse galleries showcasing rare treasures awaiting auction, see free visiting exhibitions and enjoy a diverse programme of live music, lectures and events.
