We visit here often and we love it! It is a great place to walk the dogs and get a bit of exercise. There are public toilets at the top and the bottom. We especially like to visit the cafe near the bottom carpark. The staff are so friendly and remember us and our dogs' names, even though they must serve hundreds of people every week! They serve hot and cold drinks, ice cream, waffles, and sandwiches. I will have probably spelled their names incorrectly (apologies) but Suruty and Rahman are tge best employees in there. They are so welcoming.

Oakwell Hall great for dog walks. Plenty of routes to take. Lots of parking spaces. There's a play ground bit for the kids, as well as a cafe or two. Nice views too

Great little woodland trails, kids play area, wide open spaces and plenty of free parking. It's an ideal place for a stroll or dog walk, especially on a lovely warm evening. The cafe (The Countryside Café) has everything you need, albeit it's a tad pricey (I'm not complaining though as the food and drink on offer is spot on).

Free parking here for parkrun. We did parkrun on the Saturday morning round the grounds. The grounds are ace, with plenty of woodland. There's also a few cool sculptures. Would recommend a visit.
