Great CL, made most welcome. Lovely views and good dog walks from site.
We had a one night stop over on our way north. We were greeted and welcomed on arrival and offered information of the surrounding area. Lovely quiet site. Couldn’t fault this campsite. Will definitely stay longer if in the area again
Only stayed one night, slight drone from the A1. Which is about a mile away, but didn't keep me awake. You get a laminated card with local shops, supermarkets and pubs. Also local vets and Doctors. All useful information.
This is a lovely small site, adult only. Each pitch has its own water supply. A warm welcome with an information pack. Despite being close to the A1, you can't hear the traffic. There is an RAF training base nearby, and so you do get aircraft overhead.
Good views, friendly welcome. Close to A1. Partly sloping and only 10amps, but fine for us. Easy run into Bedale.
