We recently visited the spa at Hellaby Hall and had the pleasure of being looked after by Vanessa. From start to finish she was incredibly professional, warm, and welcoming. She made me us feel completely comfortable and went above and beyond to ensure we had a relaxing experience. Her attention to detail and genuinely caring nature made the visit extra special. We left feeling refreshed, pampered, and very well looked after. Thank you, Vanessa, for making our spa day so wonderful—highly recommended!

We had an amazing time at the Hellaby Health Spa! All the staff are really attentive and friendly. We bought a package and used the facilities via Fretwell Beauty. All the facilities were clean and tidy, relaxing atmosphere and the therapists were really friendly. We had a hot tub session and full body massage and oh my God, it was amazing!!!! Felt really relaxed, rejuvenated and chilled afterwards. Love that they give you a robe and towel! In-between treatments you were able to relax in the "relax room" lovely rattan furniture to sprawl out on, or you could go and use the sauna, steam room and swimming pool. Afternoon tea was a perfect end to the day - my only comment on that would be to have more of a selection of sandwich fillings, as not everyone is keen on ham and mustard, salmon and cucumber and cheese and pickle - sometimes plain is best. (Especially if you're a bit fussy like me! But that's no fault to the afternoon tea itself!) Would definitely recommend and be returning in the future.

First visit and possibly the last. Paid £109 for a day spa with a 30 min treatment and a slot of half hour in the hot tub. It stated in our package complimentary hot drinks, these were charged extra and you had leave the spa area and walk to the main reception area, pay and carry them back across. Carrying money is t really what you want to do on a Spa Day. The relaxation room was lovely but no where near big enough when you have multiple group bookings. Our hot tub booking was over half an hour late and our 30 min treatment was reduced to 20 mins due to not enough staff so paying £109 was extortionate when it included no hot drinks, 1 glass of fizz, afternoon tea (which was lovely) and a shortened treatment which was supposed to be the best part to find out staff had been told to shorten treatments as they were short staffed. No management to discuss this with and no offer of a voucher for a future visit or any partial refund. Staff were lovely.

Had a spa day here, so honest opinion from start to finish Jacuzzi was cold, steam room was not hot, the pool time had lots of peope doing laps getting annoyed we were not doing laps. Hot tub time was good with no problems. Light lunch- very dated and it felt like we were stuck out of the way in a tiny room decorated in the 60s. One server between all tables so service was very slow. We had to ask for our sandwiches after 25mins. Light lunch was ok, drinks were flat. The massage was good, the staff were very friendly and it was a good experience in there. Overall it was ok, we have been to lots of spa days and unfortunately this is not worth £100 which was a shame as it was a day present

Love this place come for the pool to swim , but knocked off a star as they have just hiked their prices massively. Most memberships have gone up £7-10 :(
