Alex has been fantastic, I have a knee and spinal cord injury that he has been looking at for me. I have a few auto immune issues, but he looked past all that, before deciding what was wrong with my knee. He’s doing a great job dealing with a trapped sciatic nerve in my back, he’s really knowledgeable and very approachable. He makes you feel heard and his surgery has a very relaxed vibe. I would highly recommend Alex, I’d tried another Osteopath prior to seeing him, Alex’s treatment is a far cry from what I was previously getting. You honestly won’t be disappointed. Nicola Smith
Recently had sports massage for lower back pain unbelievable results. Pain gone and better mobility. Therapist was Oliver very professional and knowledgable. Highly recommend this team
Excelent service by Oliver. Arrived with a very painful shoulder, and with a few sessions of sports masssage, I soon felt better and am now back to all my usual activites. Highly recommened.
I fell off my bike and sustained a soft tissue injury. Following that, I could not raise my arm and it was really painful to even try. Almost 5 weeks later, with the exercise advice from Sam and his treatment of the injured muscle, the mobility is back, albeit it's still uncomfortable at times. It's a slow rehab, but I'm pleased with the progress. I'd recommend this practice.
