I love shopping at Morrisons, good fresh food and great prices with the More card. The good review ends there. What is wrong with the elderly Women who manage the self service and tobacco isle? Rude, grumpy, bad tempered with absolutley no customer care. They are placed at the front of the store? They need to be on nights stacking shelves. We are a small town with a Asda, Heron and Liddle with a Aldi on the way...change your attitude ladies...because customers will change their Supermarkets!

Poor attitude, poor service. Had to go to the kiosk however nobody was there. Had to wait 5 minutes whilst workers walked by and stared at me. No acknowledgement, when finally the assistant arrived at her station, she told I couldn't buy alcohol at the counter. Obviously explained that I'd been waiting there 5 minutes and nobody explained why I was having to wait. She reluctantly served me and had a very bad attitude towards me, THE CUSTOMER.

Called in for breakfast and wasn't disappointed. Placed our order, food arrived very quickly. Well worth the money. Staff friendly and helpful ( lady serving wrapped up the extra sausage i bought for the dog in foil), and because it was a Monday, we got a discount for using our More card.
