A big shop, where it was easy to park, but there were lots of empty shelves. The store layout and shelves felt a bit chaotic. I have a weekly Morrisons online delivery but didn’t particularly enjoy shopping here. The quality of items purchased was good though.

It's been several months since I was last here. The only major change has been the removal of staffed checkouts which have been replaced with self service ones. At one stage almost every till had a red light on resulting in the one staff member being seriously pressured yet she kept smiling. I.M H.O this may be progress for Morrisons having lower staff checkout wages but it is a serious waste of customers good will and time

Lost a star for still believing self service tills are a good idea. The frustration and anger I hold after trying to process a weekly shop through the self service leaves me sullen and resentful for at least an hour after. It is no exaggeration to say I hate them! Three times now I have been so stupid as to try them. Never again, enough, I have learnt my lesson. I will que for a till with a real person. Even if I might have to wait a lot longer. That way I'll see a smile have some light conversation and leave feeling human. Please, reduce / lose the self service.
