The Chosen Vine Rosé

Light and refreshing, this pale pink rosé was made for summer days. It’s made by LGI Wines, a prominent French wine producer and merchant, established in 1999 by English MW Mark Lynton and French wine industry veteran, Alain Grignon (the L and G of ‘LGI’). LGI has a vast sourcing network stretching all the way across the South of France, working with co-operatives and private estates to source the best fruit. This extremely light style of rosé is crafted with almost no maceration with the skins, resulting in a very pale, pink colour. Expect floral aromas, ripe strawberries, and a bright citrus acidity. Enjoy as an apéritif, with light salads, or crab linguine.
