Use mild dishwashing soap. Do not use metal sponges or the rough side of your sponge. - As they come into repeated contact with air, water and acidic ingredients, "Soy" cezves change colour. This is totally normal and does not affect the performance or safety of your "Soy".- If you want to get your "Soy" back to its original state, just rub it with a lemon sliced in half and covered with table salt or baking soda. Rinse with warm water, dry off with a cloth, et voilà!- You can clean your "Soy" using ashes too (cigarette ash, fireplace ash, etc.). Using food-safe silver polish is also an option.
