Whole Side Smoked Salmon

All Weald Smokery salmon is reared for them on the west coast of Scotland, where the cold water produces strong, healthy fish with firm, even-textured flesh. Cold-smoked over local oak chippings in our traditional brick kilns, the fish takes on a delicate colour and subtle, smoky flavour. 750g - Unsliced side suitable for 7 – 8 as a main course.  900g - Unsliced side suitable for 8 – 9 as a main course.
